What if I don't like it?
With the free homepage offer, you see a real working page before you pay anything at all. On every plan, revisions are included and nothing goes live without your approval. If something's off, I fix it until it's right.
Do I have to pay everything upfront?
No. It's 50% to start and 50% at launch. And with the free homepage offer, you pay nothing until you've seen real work you like.
I don't know anything about websites. Is that a problem?
Not at all. One conversation about your business is all I need. No homework, no logins, no tech talk. I handle everything technical.
What if I already have a website?
Two options. I can redesign it — keep your content and branding, rebuild it so it's fast and works right on phones. Or if you're happy with it, I'll simply host what you've got for $20–30/month, even if someone else built it.
Am I locked into anything?
No. On Starter and Full Site you own the files outright and can take them anywhere, anytime. Managed is month-to-month — cancel whenever, and you can buy out your site and own it whenever you like.
What if I want changes later?
On the one-time plans, small changes are quick and cheap — usually a small flat rate. On the Managed plan, content edits are included in your monthly rate.
How long does it take?
Most sites go live in about a week. Bigger multi-page sites take two to three. I'll give you a realistic date upfront and stick to it.
What do you need from me?
A logo if you have one, photos if you have them, and a rough idea of what you want. That's it. I work around missing pieces all the time.
Who am I actually working with?
Me, Jacob Hedtke. Every time. No account managers, no handoffs, no outsourcing. I'm based near Uhrichsville and Dennison, and you can call or text me directly.
What's the difference between Starter and Full Site?
Pages. A Starter Site is one well-built page with your services, story, photos, and contact info — everything most small local businesses need to get found and get calls. A Full Site spreads that across multiple pages for businesses with more to show. Start with Starter; you can always grow into a Full Site later.
What happens if I cancel the Managed plan?
You can cancel anytime, and billing stops at the end of your current period. The site comes offline and the files stay with me — that's the trade-off for the low upfront cost, and I'd rather you know it going in. Your domain name is yours if it's registered in your name. If you want out with the site in hand, you can buy it out whenever you like.
Can you host a website you didn't build?
Yes. If you already have a website you're happy with, hand me the files and I'll host and maintain it for $20–30/month. No redesign required.
